What HealthMate is
HealthMate is clinic management software with an AI layer on top of the day-to-day operation of a private healthcare practice. It brings scheduling, patient records, WhatsApp and Instagram messaging, inbound and outbound phone calls, automated reminders, patient follow-up and invoicing into a single system, so that a clinic stops losing patients simply because nobody was free to pick up the phone or answer a message. The AI assistant, called Mate, answers repetitive questions, collects the context a professional needs before a visit, and hands the conversation over to a person whenever judgement is required. It does not replace clinical staff and it does not make clinical decisions.
The product is built for the Spanish private healthcare market: physiotherapy, psychology, dental, aesthetic medicine, nutrition, podiatry, general practice and veterinary clinics, from single-practice centres to multi-site groups. Invoicing follows Spanish regulation, including the VeriFactu requirements for electronic invoicing.

The company is the data controller for the personal data it processes on its own behalf, and acts as a data processor under article 28 of the GDPR for the patient data that client clinics enter into the platform.
